Things to know for the 2025 MHSRS!

Registration opens 8 July at 1200 EST and does not close
Meeting registration is though the contractor’s website (mhsrs.net) – NOT through https://mhsrs.health.mil/SitePages/Home.aspx. The health.mil site is updated with all of the pertinent information.
The mhsrs.net website will not be live until 8 July when registration opens.
Bus transportation changes
All attendees are on their own to get from MCO (Orlando airport) to their lodging hotel.
There are many shuttles/public transportation options available. Refer to 2025 MHSRS Meeting FAQs.
Transportation from the Gaylord back to MCO will be provided Thursday only.

For those staying at the Marriott Village, bus transportation to/from the Gaylord will be provided during the (Mon-Thurs) meeting days in the morning and evening, similar to past years. Refer to 2025 MHSRS Meeting FAQs for the transportation schedule.
There will be bus transportation from the Marriott Village to the Gaylord on Sun, 3 Aug for badge pickup.
There will be no printed program this year. All information will flow through the app.
Recommend that attendees print any meeting materials from the final versions posted on the website before leaving for the meeting.
The MHSRS room rates for the Gaylord expire Monday, 21 July 2025. You must register by that date to get the MHSRS rates.
